Before registering, make sure your delegation has been created by the Head Delegate or a Faculty Advisor.

REGISTRATION SYSTEM
- Form a delegation
- Choose one participant to be Head Delegate (HD)
- Choose a faculty advisor (FA) – Mandatory for High School
- Register the HD so he/she can register the delegation
- Register other participants of the delegation and the faculty advisor (FA)
REGISTRATION STEP BY STEP
Step 0
ELIGIBILITY
Before starting the registration in FAMUN 2025, you need to have the following information in hand:
A) The name of the Head Delegate: The Head Delegate is a student responsible for registering the delegation. Note: Please indicate the specific campus or branch of your school/university that you are registering, if applicable. Ex: FACAMP – Campinas.
B) The name of at least one (01) Faculty Advisor (FA): The Faculty Advisor is the teacher or parent who will accompany the delegation to FAMUN 2025. It is mandatory for High School.
C) The number of students in your delegation (maximum 10): Please fill in this part with caution, as once you register the number of students, this information cannot be changed!
- High School: Each school can register only one delegation with up to 10 delegates and 3 Faculty Advisors.
- University: Each University delegation can have up to 10 delegates, but there are no limits to the number of delegations.
Step 1
CREATE AN ACCOUNT
If you are the Head Delegate or the Faculty Advisor, access the Registration System and create an account by clicking on Sign up.
If your delegation has already been created, use the link or the passcode sent by the Head Delegate to join your delegation and create your account as a delegate or Faculty Advisor.
Step 2

Please read the Terms and Conditions for attending FAMUN 2025 by clicking here. There, you will find all the rules and obligations for participating in FAMUN 2025.
Step 3
CHOOSE YOUR PATH
Select the path you will participate (High School or University):
High School: Individual/group of students enrolled in High School; or students below 18 years old who have completed High School and/or are enrolled in a preparatory program (“cursinho”).
University: Individual/group of students enrolled in a University program; students over 18 years old who have completed High School and/or are enrolled in a preparatory program (“cursinho”).
Step 4
CHOOSE YOUR NATIONALITY AND CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Select your nationality, insert your email, and create your password. Save this information because you will need it to access the FAMUN 2025 Registration System. You also need to insert your personal data and your simulation preferences.
Step 5
CREATE OR JOIN A DELEGATION
Creating a delegation – Head Delegate
If you are the Head Delegate, click on “Create a new delegation – Criar uma nova delegação” and insert the name and contact of your School/University. Here you also need to inform the number of delegates in your delegation. Please fill in this part with caution, as once you register the number of students, this information cannot be changed!
Remember: For High School, each school can register only one delegation with up to 10 delegates and 3 Faculty Advisors. For University, each delegation can have up to 10 delegates, but there are no limits to the number of delegations.
You are going to receive an email with a link and passcode to share with the other delegates and your Faculty Advisor to join your delegation. Do not forget to share this information!
If you prefer, you can manually insert the information of all your delegates. They will receive an email with their login and password.
Joining a delegation – Delegates and Faculty Advisors
If your Head Delegate has already created your delegation, ask him/her to send you the link or passcode. With this information, you need to click on “Join a delegation – Entrar em uma delegação”. Follow the steps to complete your registration.
Step 6
PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE
After creating a delegation, each delegate and Faculty Advisor has to pay a fee to participate. All payments must be made within 7 days after submitting the registration. If payments are not made within this period, the registration will be canceled and the school/university must register again if they wish to participate in the conference. The new registration will depend on the availability of vacancies.

Step 7
CONFIRM YOUR REGISTRATION BY EMAIL
Please check your email frequently. After all participants have registered and paid the registration fees, we will send you an email confirming that your registration has been processed without errors.
Step 8
FILL IN YOUR DELEGATION’S INFORMATION UNTIL 2 JUNE 2025
After payment of the registration fee is confirmed, the delegation will have until the deadline of 02 June 2025, to enter the personal data of all delegates and Faculty Advisors who will make up the delegation in the registration system.
ATTENTION: The data must be entered by 02 June 2025. If the personal data of all members of the delegation are not filled in, the unfilled places will be canceled and transferred to the waiting list. Canceled vacancies will not be refunded.
Changes to Data and Replacement of Delegates and Faculty Advisors
Delegations may request changes to data or replacement of registered participants (delegates and Faculty Advisors) until the deadline of 08 August 2025, in the registration system. After this date, no changes or replacements will be accepted.
Step 9
CHECK YOUR SIMULATION
Check the tab “Delegation – Delegação” in the Registration System to see your assigned simulation and representation. The first round of representation assignments will start in late June.
The FAMUN Organization Commission will allocate representations according to the date of registration and the delegations’ assigned preferences in the Registration Form. A distributive principle among institutions will also be followed.
Assignments are final and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
Step 10
GET READY FOR FAMUN 2025!
Check out the “Preparation” section of our website and get some tips on how to write a position paper (deadline: 25 August 2025) and how to prepare your speech (to be delivered during the simulation). Get more information on the rules of procedure and the content of your topic.
Also, don’t forget to upload your Liability Waiver in the Registration System by 25 August 2025.
The Liability Waiver for Delegates and Faculty Advisors is available in Portuguese or English, you can download it here.
Note: When uploading files in the Registration System, remember to refresh the page to conclude the upload. Also, pay attention to files because you cannot replace them once they are uploaded.

ELEGIBILIDADE
Antes de iniciar a inscrição no FAMUN 2025, você precisa ter as seguintes informações em mãos:
A) O nome do(a) Chefe de Delegação: O(A) Chefe de Delegação é um(a) aluno(a) responsável pelo registro da delegação. Atenção: se a sua escola/universidade tem mais de um campus ou unidade, favor indicar qual unidade está sendo inscrita no momento da inscrição. Ex: FACAMP – Campinas.
B) O nome de pelo menos um (01) Professor(a) Orientador(a): O(A) Professor(a) Orientador(a) é um(a) professor(a) ou pai/mãe responsável que acompanhará a delegação no FAMUN 2025. O registro de pelo menos um (01) Professor(a) Orientador(a) é obrigatório para Ensino Médio.
C) O número de alunos(as) em sua delegação (máximo de 10): preencha esta parte com cautela, pois uma vez que você cadastrar o número de alunos(as) na delegação, essa informação não poderá ser alterada!
- Ensino Médio: Cada escola pode registrar apenas uma delegação com até 10 delegados e 3 Professores(as) Orientadores(as).
- Universidade: Cada universidade pode ter até 10 delegados, mas não há limites para o número de delegações inscritas.

CRIE UMA CONTA
Se você é o(a) Chefe de Delegação ou Professor(a) Orientador(a), acesse o Sistema de Inscrição [app.famun.com.br] e crie uma conta clicando em “Sign up” (Inscreva-se).
Se sua delegação já foi criada pelo(a) Chefe de Delegação, use o link ou o código enviado no email do(a) Chefe de Delegação para se juntar à sua delegação e criar sua conta como delegado(a) ou Professor(a) Orientador(a).

Passo 3
ESCOLHA SEU NÍVEL EDUCACIONAL
Selecione o nível educacional da sua delegação (Ensino Médio ou Universidade):
Ensino Médio: Aluno(a) individual/grupo de alunos(as) matriculados no Ensino Médio; ou alunos(as) menores de 18 anos que concluíram o Ensino Médio e/ou estão matriculados(as) em um curso preparatório para o vestibular (cursinho).
Universidade: Aluno(a) individual/grupo de alunos(as) matriculados em um curso universitário; alunos(as) maiores de 18 anos que concluíram o Ensino Médio e/ou estão matriculados em um curso preparatório para o vestibular (cursinho).
Passo 4
ESCOLHA SUA NACIONALIDADE E CRIE SUA CONTA
Selecione sua nacionalidade, insira seu e-mail e crie sua senha. Guarde estas informações porque você precisará delas para acessar o Sistema de Inscrição do FAMUN 2025. Você também precisa inserir seus dados pessoais e suas preferências de simulação.
Passo 5
CRIE OU SE JUNTE A UMA DELEGAÇÃO
Criando uma delegação – Chefe de Delegação
Se você é o(a) Chefe de Delegação, clique em “Criar uma nova delegação” e insira o nome e contato da sua Escola/Universidade. Aqui você também precisa informar o número de delegados(as) em sua delegação. Preencha esta parte com cautela, pois uma vez que você registrar o número de alunos(as), essa informação não poderá ser alterada!
Lembre-se: para Ensino Médio, cada escola pode registrar apenas uma delegação com até 10 delegados(as) e 3 Professores(as) Orientadores(as). Para Universidade, cada delegação pode ter até 10 delegados(as), mas não há limites para o número de delegações.
Você receberá um e-mail com um link e código para compartilhar com os(as) demais delegados(as) e seu(sua) Professor(a) Orientador(a), para que eles(as) possam se juntar à sua delegação. Não se esqueça de compartilhar essas informações com todos(as)!
Se preferir, você pode inserir manualmente as informações de todos os(as) delegados(as). Eles receberão um e-mail com seu login e senha.
Juntando-se a uma delegação – Delegados(as) e Professores(as) Orientadores(as)
Se o(a) Chefe de Delegação já criou a delegação, peça a ele(a) para enviar o link ou código para entrar na delegação criada. Com estas informações, você precisa clicar em “Entrar em uma delegação”. Siga os passos para completar sua inscrição.
Passo 6
PAGUE A TAXA DE INSCRIÇÃO
Após criar uma delegação, cada delegado(a) e Professor(a) Orientador(a) deve pagar uma taxa para participar. Todos os pagamentos deverão ser feitos em até 7 dias corridos após a submissão da inscrição. Caso os pagamentos não sejam realizados nesse período, a inscrição será cancelada e a escola/universidade deverá realizar uma nova inscrição, caso deseje participar da conferência. A nova inscrição dependerá da disponibilidade de vagas.

Passo 7
RECEBA O E-MAIL CONFIRMANDO SUA INSCRIÇÃO
Por favor, verifique seu e-mail com frequência. Depois que todos os(as) participantes se inscreverem e pagarem as taxas de inscrição, enviaremos um e-mail confirmando que sua inscrição foi processada com sucesso.
Passo 8
INSIRA OS DADOS DA SUA DELEGAÇÃO ATÉ 02 DE JUNHO DE 2025
Após a confirmação do pagamento da inscrição, a delegação terá até a data limite de 02 de junho de 2025 para preencher os dados pessoais de todos(as) os(as) delegados(as) e Professores(as) Orientadores(as) que comporão a delegação no sistema de inscrições.
ATENÇÃO: Os dados devem ser preenchidos necessariamente até o dia 02 de junho de 2025. Caso os dados pessoais de todos(as) os(as) integrantes da delegação não estejam preenchidos, as vagas não preenchidas serão canceladas e transferidas para a lista de espera. As vagas canceladas não terão reembolso.
Alterações de dados e substituição de Delegados(as) e Professores(as) Orientadores(as)
As delegações podem solicitar alterações de dados ou a substituição de participantes registrados (delegados(as) e Professores(as) Orientadores(as)) no sistema de inscrições até o prazo final de 08 de agosto de 2025. Após essa data, nenhuma alteração ou substituição será aceita.
Passo 9
VERIFIQUE SUAS SIMULAÇÕES
Verifique a aba “Delegação” no Sistema de Inscrição para ver sua simulação e a representação designada a cada um(a) dos(as) delegados(as). A primeira rodada de designação de representações começará no final de junho.
A Comissão Organizadora do FAMUN designará as representações de acordo com a data de inscrição e as preferências indicadas pelas delegações no Formulário de Inscrição. Um princípio distributivo entre as instituições também será seguido.
A designação de representações é final e não pode ser alteradas sob nenhuma circunstância.

PREPARE-SE PARA O FAMUN 2025!
Confira a seção “Preparation” em nosso website e veja algumas dicas sobre como escrever um Documento de Posição Oficial (Position Paper) (prazo: 25 de agosto de 2025) e como preparar seu discurso (a ser entregue durante a simulação). Obtenha mais informações sobre as regras de procedimento e o conteúdo do seu tópico.
Além disso, não se esqueça de fazer o upload do seu Termo de Responsabilidade no Sistema de Inscrição até 25 de agosto de 2025.
O Termo de Responsabilidade para Delegados(as) e para Professores(as) Orientadores(as) está disponível em português ou inglês e você pode baixá-lo aqui.
Atenção: Ao fazer upload de arquivos no Sistema de Inscrição, não se esqueça de atualizar a página para concluir o upload. E preste atenção ao fazer upload de arquivos, pois você não pode substituí-los após o upload.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Each delegate and Faculty Advisor has to pay a fee to participate. The fees are the following:
TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES DE PARTICIPAÇÃO NO FAMUN 2025
Delegados(as) e Professores(as) Orientadores(as) reconhecem e declaram estar de acordo com os seguintes termos e condições de participação no FAMUN 2025:
Inscrições
Ensino Médio: para garantir a maior diversidade de participantes no FAMUN 2025, cada escola poderá inscrever uma única delegação de, no máximo, 10 alunos(as).
Universidade: cada universidade poderá inscrever delegações de, no máximo, 10 alunos(as). Não há limite para o número de delegações para universidade.
As vagas são limitadas e, por isso, as inscrições serão confirmadas por ordem de pagamento da inscrição. Caso as vagas se encerrem, a equipe organizadora do FAMUN 2025 abrirá uma lista de espera. As escolas em lista de espera terão suas inscrições confirmadas apenas se houver desistência de outras delegações.
Caso necessário, a equipe organizadora do FAMUN 2025 poderá enviar uma carta convite para confirmar a participação da escola/universidade na conferência.
Pagamentos
Todos os pagamentos deverão ser feitos em até 7 dias corridos após a submissão da inscrição. Caso os pagamentos não sejam realizados nesse período, a inscrição será cancelada e a escola/universidade deverá realizar uma nova inscrição, caso deseje participar da conferência. A nova inscrição dependerá da disponibilidade de vagas.
Os pagamentos nacionais devem ser feitos via PIX, cartão de crédito ou boleto. Pagamentos internacionais devem ser feitos via cartão de crédito.
O FAMUN 2025 não realiza reembolso ou ressarcimento das taxas de inscrição, sob nenhuma circunstância.
Inserção dos dados da delegação
Após a confirmação do pagamento da inscrição, a delegação terá até a data limite de 02 de junho de 2025 para preencher os dados pessoais de todos(as) os(as) delegados(as) e Professores(as) Orientadores(as) que comporão a delegação no sistema de inscrições.
ATENÇÃO: Os dados devem ser preenchidos necessariamente até dia 02 de junho de 2025. Caso os dados pessoais de todos(as) os(as) integrantes da delegação não estejam preenchidos, as vagas não preenchidas serão canceladas e transferidas para a lista de espera. As vagas canceladas não terão reembolso.
Professores Orientadores
Ensino Médio: para inscrever a delegação de uma escola no FAMUN 2025, é obrigatório inscrever ao menos um(a) Professor(a) Orientador(a). Tal professor(a) deve ser um adulto responsável dentro das seguintes opções: professor(a); pais; adulto legalmente responsável pelos(as) estudantes.
É obrigatória a presença do(a) Professor(a) Orientador(a) em todos os dias de conferência, acompanhando a delegação. A escola deve consentir com a presença do(a) Professor(a) Orientador(a) em todos os dias da conferência por meio da assinatura do Termo de Responsabilidade (Liability Waiver) especial para Faculty Advisors. É permitido um número máximo de 3 (três) Professores(as) Orientadores(as) por delegação de Ensino Médio.
Universidade: a presença de Professores(as) Orientadores(as) é opcional.
Alteração de dados e substituição de delegados(as) e Professores Orientadores
As delegações poderão solicitar a alteração de dados ou a substituição de participantes já inscritos (delegados(as) e Professores(as) Orientadores(as)) até a data limite de 08 de agosto de 2025 no sistema de inscrições. Após essa data, não serão aceitas nenhuma alteração ou substituição.
Autorização e Termo de Responsabilidade (Liability Waiver)
Para participar do FAMUN 2025, cada participante deverá assinar o documento Autorização e Termo de Responsabilidade (Liability Waiver) e anexá-lo no sistema de inscrições até a data limite de 25 de agosto de 2025. Também é necessário levar a cópia física do termo e entregá-la no momento do credenciamento, no primeiro dia do FAMUN.
Esse documento dá ao FAMUN e à FACAMP o direito de coletar e utilizar as informações submetidas pelos(as) participantes do FAMUN 2025, bem como conteúdo de mídia em formato de fotografia e vídeo durante as atividades da conferência.
Para estudantes de Ensino Médio, a autorização deverá ser assinada pelos pais ou guardiões legais. Atenção: esse documento deverá ter a assinatura reconhecida 1) ou por assinatura eletrônica autenticada; 2) ou assinatura reconhecida em cartório.
Caso o(a) estudante não entregue esse documento com a assinatura reconhecida, não poderá participar de nenhuma atividade do FAMUN 2025.
Ademais, delegações de Ensino Médio devem apresentar o Termo de Responsabilidade (Liability Waiver) especial para Faculty Advisors, no qual a escola deve consentir com a presença do(a) Professor(a) Orientador(a) em todos os dias da conferência.
Conduta durante as sessões e atividades do FAMUN 2025
A equipe organizadora do FAMUN 2025 é responsável por garantir um ambiente diplomático e respeitoso a todos(as) os(as) participantes da conferência. O FAMUN se reserva ao direito de suspender imediatamente os(as) participantes devido à má-conduta, que inclui (mas não se limita) as seguintes ações:
- Qualquer ação relacionada à conferência que viole os direitos legais dos demais participantes, como racismo, difamação, assédio, ameaça ou qualquer outro comportamento impróprio;
- Consumo ou posse de álcool ou drogas ilícitas; e consumo de cigarro e tabaco em locais não apropriados;
- Enviar ou compartilhar conteúdo inapropriado ou que possa prejudicar a operação do computador de outro participante, como por exemplo arquivos contendo vírus;
- Fornecer informações pessoais falsas;
- Personificar outro participante, o que inclui (mas não se limita) a fazer o login com o nome de outros participantes.
Código de vestimenta
Os(as) participantes deverão usar trajes formais durante as atividades do FAMUN 2025. Vestimentas nacionais ou tradicionais serão permitidas contanto que respeitem a formalidade do evento. Os(as) participantes não devem portar vestimentas que possam ser consideradas desrespeitosas ou inapropriadas.
Certificados
Os certificados de participação serão emitidos apenas para os(as) participantes que tiveram 75% de presença nas sessões de simulação (ou seja, que participaram de 6 das 7 sessões). Os certificados serão disponibilizados por e-mail até novembro de 2025.
Plágio
Os(as) participantes concordam que todos os materiais produzidos para o FAMUN 2025 (como discursos, position papers, emendas, dentre outros) serão trabalhos originais. O plágio não será tolerado na FAMUN 2025 e, caso a equipe organizadora verifique casos de plágio, o FAMUN se reserva ao direito de suspender a participação do(a) delegado(a), sem reembolso.
Política de suspensão
Caso os(as) participantes não cumpram alguma das instruções apresentadas nesses termos e condições de participação do FAMUN 2025, a equipe organizadora se reserva ao direito de suspender imediatamente os(as) participantes, sem reembolso.
Exceções
A equipe organizadora do FAMUN 2025 é a única com o poder de abrir exceções a essas políticas gerais. Requisições de exceções devem ser enviadas por escrito para o e-mail famun@facamp.com.br.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN FAMUN 2025
Delegates and Faculty Advisors acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in FAMUN 2025:
Registration
- High School: To ensure a greater diversity of participants in FAMUN 2025, each school may register only one delegation of a maximum of 10 students.
- University: Each university may register delegations of up to 10 students. There is no limit to the number of delegations per university.
Vacancies are limited, so registrations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. If all vacancies are filled, the FAMUN 2025 organizing team will open a waiting list. Schools on the waiting list will have their registrations confirmed only if other delegations withdraw.
If necessary, the FAMUN 2025 organizing team may send a letter of invitation to confirm the participation of the school/university in the conference.
Payments
All payments must be made within 7 days of submitting the registration. If payments are not made within this period, the registration will be canceled, and the school/university must register again if it wishes to participate in the conference. The new registration will depend on the availability of vacancies.
Brazilian payments must be made via PIX, credit card, or invoice (boleto). International payments must be made via credit card.
FAMUN 2025 does not issue refunds or reimbursements of registration fees under any circumstances.
Entry of delegation data
After payment of the registration fee is confirmed, the delegation will have until the deadline of 02 June 2025, to enter the personal data of all delegates and Faculty Advisors who are part of the delegation in the registration system.
ATTENTION: The data must be entered by 02 June 2025. If the personal data of all members of the delegation are not filled in, the unfilled places will be canceled and transferred to the waiting list. Canceled vacancies will not be refunded.
Faculty Advisors
High School: To register a High School delegation in FAMUN 2025, it is mandatory to register at least one Faculty Advisor. This advisor must be a responsible adult within the following options: teacher; parent; or an adult legally responsible for the students.
The Faculty Advisor’s presence is mandatory on all conference days, accompanying the delegation. The school must consent to the Faculty Advisor’s presence on all days of the conference by signing the Liability Waiver form specifically for Faculty Advisors. A maximum of 3 (three) Faculty Advisors are allowed per High School delegation.
University: The presence of Faculty Advisors is optional.
Changes to data and replacement of delegates and Faculty Advisors
Delegations may request changes to data or replacement of registered participants (delegates and Faculty Advisors) until the deadline of 08 August 2025, in the registration system. After this date, no changes or replacements will be accepted.
Authorization and Liability Waiver
To participate in FAMUN 2025, each participant must sign the Authorization and Liability Waiver document and attach it to the registration system by the deadline of 25 August 2025. It is also necessary to bring a physical copy of the term and deliver it at the time of accreditation, on the first day of FAMUN.
This document gives FAMUN and FACAMP the right to collect and use the information submitted by FAMUN 2025 participants, as well as media content in the form of photographs and videos during conference activities.
For high school students, the Liability Waiver must be signed by parents or legal guardians. Note: this document must have the signature notarized by 1) authenticated electronic signature; or 2) a notary’s office.
If the student does not submit this document with the recognized signature, he/she will not be able to participate in any FAMUN 2025 activity.
In addition, High School delegations must present the special Liability Waiver for Faculty Advisors, which requires the school to consent to the Advisor’s presence on all conference days.
Conduct during FAMUN 2025 sessions and activities
The FAMUN 2025 organizing team is responsible for ensuring a diplomatic and respectful environment for all participants in the conference. FAMUN reserves the right to immediately suspend participants due to misconduct, which includes (but is not limited to) the following actions:
- Any conference-related action that violates the legal rights of other participants, such as racism, defamation, harassment, threats, or any other inappropriate behavior;
- Consumption or possession of alcohol or illicit drugs; and consumption of cigarettes and tobacco in inappropriate places;
- Sending or sharing inappropriate content that may harm the operation of another participant’s computer, such as files containing viruses;
- Providing false personal information;
- Impersonating another participant, which includes (but is not limited to) logging in with the name of other participants.
Dress Code
Participants must wear formal attire during FAMUN 2025 activities. National or traditional attire will be allowed as long as it respects the formality of the event. Participants should not wear clothing that may be considered disrespectful or inappropriate.
Certificates
Certificates of participation will be issued only to participants who attended 75% of the simulation sessions (i.e., who participated in 6 of the 7 sessions). They will be available by e-mail by November 2025.
Plagiarism
Participants agree that all materials produced for FAMUN 2025 (such as speeches, position papers, amendments, among others) will be original works. Plagiarism will not be tolerated at FAMUN 2025 and, if the organizing team verifies cases of plagiarism, FAMUN reserves the right to suspend the delegate’s participation, without reimbursement.
Suspension Policy
If participants fail to comply with any of the instructions presented in these terms and conditions of participation in FAMUN 2025, the organizing team reserves the right to immediately suspend participants, without reimbursement.
Exceptions
The FAMUN 2025 organizing team is the only one with the power to make exceptions to these general policies. Requests for exceptions must be sent in writing to the e-mail famun@facamp.com.br.
LIABILITY WAIVER
To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at FAMUN 2025, each participant must sign and submit the liability waiver before joining the online conference. The liability waiver is mandatory – without it, participants cannot attend the conference.
Please note that Faculty Advisors have a different Liability Waiver that must be signed by the school director or an equivalent authority.
The liability waiver must be signed and attached to the registration system until 25 August 2025, 23:59.
Attention, High School students!
For High School Delegates, the parent or guardian of the minor must read and sign the liability waiver along with the participant. High School delegates will not be allowed to attend the conference without a liability waiver properly signed by the parent or guardian. The signature of the parent or legal guardian will only be considered valid with official recognition from the national authorities in the student’s country of origin. For Brazilians, the parent or guardian’s signature must be “reconhecida em cartório”.
Attention, Faculty Advisors!
All Faculty Advisors must submit a specific Liability Waiver signed by the school director or an equivalent authority. For High School delegations, the presence of at least one Faculty Advisor on campus is mandatory throughout the event. It is the responsibility of the school director (or equivalent) to ensure that at least one Faculty Advisor is present during all simulation sessions and social events to provide proper supervision.
